It’s time to honor the cumulative effect of your practice. We move beyond simple reflection to a deep recognition of the structural changes occurring within your internal framework. This week has been about catching the Beliefs shape how you interpret the world and come from culture, family, experiences etc.">belief system (aha there it is) in real-time.

The Practice: Gratitude for the Gap

Spend 5-8 minutes listing moments this past week where you “found the gap“β€”the space between a trigger and your reaction. Then, spend 5 minutes journaling on the four core questions below.

The questions below are designed to layer your learning and bring clarity to your evolution.

  1. What are Beliefs shape how you interpret the world and come from culture, family, experiences etc.">beliefs that are changing?   2. What is less triggering? List specific external situations (e.g., traffic, criticism, waiting) that used to derail you but now hold less intensity.

  3. How are you responding differently than before? Give a concrete example of a recent event where your new response surprised you or someone else.

  4. What would you like to focus on more and go deeper with? Based on your shifts, what specific inner work (compassion, consistency, boundary setting) feels most vital for the week ahead?
